What We Offer

We will focus on providing planning services for home owners, contractors, and real estate professionals, whether selling, buying or updating.Our goal will be about making home remodeling approachable.  Unlike in a big box kitchen or bath showroom, we will personally try to keep the whole house and lifestyle in mind.We think a lot of people like a certain image or style, but don’t see how it can translate into their own home.

As a licensed architect with years of experience in the building and planning industry (commercial, hospitality, residential), we are ready to share our experience, the good bad and ugly. We would be able to take into account unseen factors as in plumbing chases or load bearing walls.

We hope this service can save a lot of aggravation through the expensive remodeling process.

We hope to also to connect various local trades by personal recommendations, ie. Plumbers, carpenters, millworkers, or other professionals.

Clients will be encouraged to show their own social media inspiration photos and purchase their own furnishings.  This allows the client to go as high or low end as they like. (Ikea vs. Merchandise Mart)
